"Main Street"
Main Street is the busiest place in town with the hustle and bustle of everyday activities. Folks in their carriages have come to shop and the farmers are arriving with wagons loaded with all sorts of goods to sell. Listen! You can hear the clip clop of the horses hooves as they trot up and down the street. A small boy stands on his tip toes to see all the wonderful things in the window of the mercantile. Two little girls have found a new furry friend. Rolling the hoop is a fun way to pass the time while mother is admiring the latest fashions. The aroma of fresh baked goods entices a customer into the bakery. On the bench the old man is content to read his newspaper and from time to time will watch all the comings and goings on Main Street.
